Product Information

We have modified the structure of Fisher&Paykel Simplus by referring to the mask and elbow of one model of Resmed, but it still maintains the same function as the original. The replacement mask for Fisher&Paykel Simplus is composed of advanced liquid silicone material from Japan, and PC material from Bayer of Germany. The full-face mask cushion for Fisher&Paykel Simplus is softer and more comfortable than the original Fisher&Paykel Simplus, reducing the pressure on the face. Adopt soft food-grade silicone, fitting face better without air leakage. We upgrade the original headgear clips to a more convenient magnetic design, making them more convenient to use and disassemble. We have modified the original elbow structure based on one of the Resmed elbows and updated the quick-release device at the bottom of original elbow to a clip design, making it more convenient to disassemble. The elbow can still be rotated 360. and retains the structure of the anti-suffocation valve.

FAQ

It makes noise when wearing?

Vent is blocked or partially blocked. – Use a soft bristle brush to clean the vent.
Vent is wet. – Ensure the vent is dry before use to prevent condensation.
There’s grease on the nasal pillow. – Please clean the mask after each use to remove the facial grease on it.
Install elbow or mask improperly – Check whether mask has been installed correctly.

The mask is leaked or is uncomfortable?

Wear mask improperly – Please make sure there is no fold on the mask when wearing it.
Choosed wrong size of mask. – Please select the appropriate size according to the size template. Note that size across different masks is not always the same.
Headgear is too loose or too tight. – Adjust the headgear strap or replace the headgear size.

It leaks between hose and elbow?

Incorrect diameter of breathing tube. – The short tube is compatible with 22mm breathing tube.
Breathing hose is aging. – The aging of the breathing hose will lead to a loss of elasticity at the connection. Please replace the breathing hose according to the time recommended by the supplier.

Product Instruction

Step1: Pass the upper headgear straps through the headgear buckle, and fix them.
Step2: Align the round opening of the mask with that of the frame and push hard to secure the mask and frame together.
Step3: Install the magnetic base onto the frame with slight force.
Step4: Fix the middle headgear straps securely on the slots of the frame’s forehead support, and fix the magnetic clasps onto the lower headgear straps.
Step5: Hold the mask against your face and pull the headgear over your head.
Step6: Fix the magnetic clips of lower headgear straps onto the magnetic bases of the frame.
Step7: Please adjust the upper headgear straps first, and then adjust the middle and lower headgear straps.
Step8: Connect hose with elbow, and push elbow into the frame. The elbow can rotate smoothly if it is installed correctly.
