What’s your return & exchange policy?
The following situations do not support the return application:
Commodities that exceed 30 days from the date of receipt;
Promotional discount products;
Returning the goods directly without prior communication with after-sale staff.
For safety and sanitation considerations, face masks, nasal masks, oxygen accessories, breathing equipment and other personal products will not be returned & exchanged for non-quality problems.
Refund Notice:
Under normal circumstances, after we receive your returned goods and confirm the return application, we will generally refund to your payment account within 15 working days.
Please refer to the actual payment amount for the refund amount;
When returning or exchanging goods due to personal reasons, the round-trip freight shall be borne by the customer;
If your order contains gifts, please send them back together when returning the goods. If you do not return the gift, we will deduct the retail value of the gift when refunding;
Once the product you ordered is returned or refunded, the relevant discount code cannot be used again;
How do I make a return or refund?
Because most of the products are home medical products, returns are not available for secondary sales.
And the shipping costs are too expensive for returning. So we do not recommend that you choose to return the products.
