Important Tips

  1. Rinse the inside and outside of the product with mild soap and warm, drinking- quality water;
  2. Gently brush the inside and outside of the short tube, especially the vent holes, with a soft bristle brush;
  3. Place the product on a flat surface, or on top of a towel for air drying. Avoid exposing to direct sunlight;
  4. If any visible deterioration of product is apparent(cracked, stretched or punctured), the product should be discarded and replaced.
  5. Short tube should be rinsed well with warm drinking quality water. (approximately 86’F/30C)

FAQ

Elbow is assembled incorrectly?

Remove the elbow from the mask and then reassemble according to the instructions.

Vent is blocked or partially blocked?

Use a soft bristle brush to clean the vent;

Vent is wet?

Ensure the vent is dry after cleaning.

If air leakage at the connection between the breathing tube and the hose/mask?

Please check the service life of the breathing tube. The connection end of the breathing tube that has exceeded its service life will lose its elasticity, resulting in a misfit of the elbow, thus a new breathing tube needs to be replaced.

Product Instruction

  • Step1: Make sure that the elbow and the swivel ring are installed in place; If the swivel ring is not in the right position, press the swivel ring and the elbow to install them in place;
  • Step2: Insert the swivel ring into the Pillows. Allow the pillows to sit in the groove on the swivel ring; Ensure swivel ring is not pushed completely into pillows;
  • Step3: After installation, check whether the nasal pillow is folded or wrinkled. Rotate the elbow to ensure it moves freely in the swivel ring.
